Is this clean?
At Teak, we do not use the terminology "clean" because there is no global standard for what defines "clean" beauty. So instead, we have opted to follow Credo's guidelines for "clean" ingredients.
Our ingredient policy is as follows:
Vegan, Vegetarian, Cruelty Free, Kosher, BHT Free, BHA Free, Gluten Free, Paraben Free, Pthalates free, Sulfate Free, and European Union compliant.
Wear Time: Normal
This product is made with clean ingredients and does not include an harsh longwear chemicals that you may commonly find in your longwear lipsticks. This product is meant to be worn and reapplied easily throughout the day.

What will this look like on me?
Deep Brown Skin - Priya looks like a true nude on deep skin tones, leaning more orange on those with pink lips, and more purple brown on those with brown/purple lips.
Medium Brown Skin - Priya looks like a subtle berry brown on medium brow skin tones, leaning more orange berry on those with pink lips, and more purple brown on those with brown/purple lips.
Light Brown Skin - Priya looks like a warm berry with orange and brown undertones on medium brown skin tones, leaning more pink on those with pink lips, and more brown on those with brown lips.
Light Skin - Priya looks like a warm orange berry on light skin tones, leaning more orange the more pink your lips are, and more berry on those with deeper tone lips.

Sometimes, the best things are accidents. That's exactly what Priya is. We stumbled upon this shade while trying to create something else, and we're so, so happy we did. Because once we put it on, we knew we identified a color that South Asians like us never knew they were missing.
It's one of those in-between shades that is hard to put into words (but we'll try!). It's a blend of berry and brown, but with orange and pink undertones that really shine through depending on your skin tone and lip tone. In that sense, Priya is a bit of a chameleon lip shade. As per the tenets of color theory, Priya truly looks a bit different on everyone, yet magically still suits all South Asians complexions.
The formula is vegan and free of parabens, sulfates, and pthalates. It's cruelty free, as well.
We also added a touch of peppermint to give it a refreshing, cooling feeling on your lips. We hope you love it as much as we do.
